This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of team building with special emphasis on the importance of shared vision. Topics include tips for selecting the best team members and a creative look at the characteristics of a great leader. Other learning outcomes include:
- You will gain a new perspective on how (and why) various teams operate based on their specific mission. This understanding will impact how you look at your team in regards to its vision and motivation.
- You will discover a fast and effective way to analyze each position on your staff to increase the probability of finding the “right” person when turnover occurs. This valuable lesson helps tailor interview questions to prevent unnecessary surprises during the recruiting process.
