Situational Leadership
Effective leaders know that managing people takes flexibility, versatility and patience. They also know that each individual is unique in terms of his or her background, skill set and work experience. This Situational Leadership workshop teaches managers how to use these factors when determining what combination of direction and support to offer in a given situation.
Participants will…
- Learn to diagnose each individual’s Maturity level based on job skills, experience, and the task at hand.
- Increase versatility and managerial effectiveness by learning how to apply the right mix of direction and support based on any given situation.
- Understand how Situational Leadership impacts the motivation, growth and development of the team.
