Understanding behavioral styles is the key to communicating, motivating, and coaching those around you. This interactive workshop begins by helping you (and every member of your team) identify your primary behavior style. Once these are identified, we'll use that information to discuss how these primary styles affect the way teams communicate and interact. Specific outcomes include:
