Program Title: Lighting the Way to the Future

This motivational workshop is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills at every level of your organization. Learning outcomes include:

• Identifying the most common traits that people expect from leaders and learn strategies to develop them.
  
• Understanding the most common reasons that people leave organizations and learn how to make sure your people want to stay.
  
• Discuss Succession Planning and learning to prepare the next generation of leaders. Who are the right candidates and what do they need to learn before the opportunity arises?
  
• You will receive methods that will improve your leadership skills in only 10 minutes a day
