Program Title: General Diversity

There is a distinct realization that the values and differences between older, not so old, and younger employees in the workplace is growing and problematic. This workshop discusses generational differences and the affects it can have on motivation, teamwork and collaboration. We also discuss current trends and identify strategies designed to cross these generational boundaries so we can improve communication and performance.
