Title: Coaching and Giving Feedback
It’s no surprise. Many managers are uncomfortable giving (and receiving) feedback. Are your employees receiving effective, positive reinforcement when they perform well? When mistakes are made, and there is an opportunity to coach, are your managers prepared to seize the moment and make the meeting a positive experience? This new workshop teaches managers how (and how often) to give feedback and coaching to their team. Learning outcomes include:
- Learn how to bring out the best in your team through effective coaching and constructive feedback
- Identify how to be more receptive when receiving feedback
- Participate in an interactive role play that allows you to practice the key actions for coaching and giving feedback
