Title: Chill Out
This workshop
takes an innovative approach to stress management. We don’t just tell you how to relax, but we walk you
through the process step-by-step. Participants leave with an
understanding of how to have “the mind control the body” instead
of having “the body controlling the mind.” Additional
learning outcomes include:
- Our “Pace
of Life” index
will let help you understand just how rushed and stressed
out you really are.
- You’ll
participate in physical relaxation exercises and learn
to slow down, breathe properly, and really relax.
- For
many people, relationships can be a tremendous stressor.
In this workshop’s signature exercise, you’ll
have the opportunity to take one of your special relationships
to
another level.
Program
Time: Approximately 3 hours, 10-30 participants.
