Leading Change
This highly interactive exercise and discussion stresses the importance of change, communication, teamwork and personal involvement that are essential to the growth of every individual and organization.
Your group will:
- Learn the importance of working toward a common goal;
- Witness how individuals respond when change is introduced to a group;
- Understand (and hopefully prepare for) what might happen the next time you are asked to take charge and lead your team through change;
- Discover how to think more creatively
- Learn the importance of having a “facilitative leader” in the ranks.
