This motivational workshop is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills at every level of your organization. Learning outcomes include:
- Identifying the most common traits that people expect from leaders and learn strategies to develop them.
- Understanding the most common reasons that people leave organizations and learn how to make sure your people want to stay.
- Discuss Succession Planning and learning to prepare the next generation of leaders. Who are the right candidates and what do they need to learn before the opportunity arises?
- You will receive methods that will improve your leadership skills in only 10 minutes a day
